Home Health Aide

Home Health Aides receive special training and are certified by the State Department of Health.  The aide's primary responsibility is to assist you with personal and bedside care. Sometimes the aide may assist with homemaker tasks such as meal preparation, the patients laundry and light housekeeping - centering around the patient's specific living area.  The aide is not a cleaning woman, maid, baby sitter or registered nurse.

Every aide is supervised by a registered nurse who will develop an individualized plan of care for the aide to follow.
