Outreach Worker/Municipal Agent

The Outreach Worker/Municipal Agent provides information, referrals, support and follow-up to Orange residents who are in need of assistance. Emphasis is directed toward problem solving, navigating systems, needs assessments, and assisting in securing benefits for Orange residents. The outreach worker is available for in-office appointments, home visits, as well as family conferences.


A Word from the Outreach Worker/Municipal Agent
Have you heard of Yellow Dot? The Yellow-Dot program consists of an emergency sticker to be placed on residents’ automobiles that notifies emergency first responders that the Yellow-Dot card containing medical, prescription, and emergency contact information is located within the car. This free program is available for you, so stop on by for your own Yellow Dot kit.
