COMMUNITY SERVICES

Mission Statement

The Orange Community Services Department strives to help build a stronger community by delivering a coordinated system of services that provides information, referrals, programs, activities, and resources for youth and their families, and elderly and disabled residents in the town of Orange.  Orange Community Services fosters strong partnerships with community organizations, civic groups, schools, emergency responders, businesses, healthcare providers, and faith-based organizations to strengthen the reach and scope of services offered.

Orange Community Services is overseen by the Orange Community Services Commission.  

The Orange Food Pantry Serves the Orange Community

If you or someone you know is in need, please reach out for assistance by calling 203-891-4788.   Attached you will also find the Orange Food Resources.  

The pantry stocks non-perishable food, personal care, and household items.  Donations of non-perishables, household, personal care items are gratefully accepted all year.  Please see the attached list of suggested items.  Gift cards to Shoprite, Big Y and Trader Joes are gratefully accepted along with monetary donations.
