Weekly classes will help participants develop their culinary skills. in addition to making delicious food; breakfast lunch and dinner items, all participants will explore the spice cabinet, learn about reading recipes, and hopefully expand their pallets.
We will also learn the proper use of various kitchen tools and appliances, information about kitchen safety, presentation and proper food handling.
