Yoga & Evening Aerobics

Yoga will help improve flexibility and range of motion, increase strength without the use of weights, release stress and tension in the physical body and mind, leave you with an overall sense of relaxation and
well-being. Almost anyone is capable of practicing some degree of yoga.
Participants are required to bring a yoga mat.  Masks are optional.
