In accordance with Connecticut General Statutes, the Assessor’s Office is responsible for discovering, listing and valuing all real property, business personal property and motor vehicles located within the town every October 1st.
We also administer various state and local benefit programs for our Elderly, Disabled Homeowners, as well as Veterans, Legally Blind residents.
