Updated - February 10, 2023 When people think of yoga and mindfulness, they often think of a room filled with flexible adults who remain silent and serious the entire time. Not here! While relaxation is built into each lesson, my classes for children are filled with fun and laughter. They are designed to foster playfulness, creativity and positive energy, while building relationship skills and ability to connect with themselves and others. Masks are by choice.
