Purpose:         The purpose of the Club shall be to promote and encourage garden skills and knowledge, both individual and civic, in the understanding of the science of horticulture, arrangement of flowers, birdlife, and conservation and open spaces

Attendance:    Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month from September through June, unless otherwise specified

Dues:              All members pay an annual membership fee of $25 payable at the annual meeting in June
Any member in arrears on October 1 shall be notified that unless payment is made by December 31 membership will be terminated

Participation: An active member must have a garden and accept all the responsibilities  
outlined under the Constitution and By-Laws of the Club
