Item(s) must be picked up within two (2) business days. All sales are final. The Town has the right to reject any and all bids. Items must be paid for at garage office. There may be defects not noted at time of sale. All items are sold “As Is” with NO WARRANTIES. The Town of Orange assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the item. The buyer will be responsible for all costs from any repairs.
