Holiday Door Decorations
Congratulations to the Case Memorial Library and the Senior Center Arts & Crafts Group for finishing with the same number of votes in the 2018 Holiday Door Decorating. Each group will receive a $25 gift card as a prize. Thank you to everyone who voted on a door and thank you to the Lions Club of Orange, the Orange Garden Club, Orange Park & Recreation Department for taking the time to decorate a door. It is your efforts that makes the High Plains Community Center a festive place. The doors will be decorated until January 2, 2019.

WORD FROM THE SENIOR SERVICES COORDINATOR
Welcome to Jessica Simone who has joined Orange Community Services as the new Youth Services Coordinator. You may remember Jessica from when she worked in the office several years ago. Well, I am happy to say she is returning and we are very lucky to have her. So next time you are in the office be sure to say hi to Jessica! And don’t forget me… I like it when you stop by to say hi too. :)
With the colder months coming, it is time to review the Inclement Weather Policy. Classes are canceled when the Orange School System closes due to weather. If there is a school delay then only those classes during the delay are canceled. WTNH 8 is the official station for weather cancelations. If you have any questions regarding the Senior Center Class policy please feel free to contact the Senior Center at (203) 891-4784.
