Yoga & Evening Aerobics

Yoga will help improve flexibility and range of motion, increase strength without the use of weights, release stress and tension in the physical body and mind, leave you with an overall sense of relaxation and well-being. Almost anyone is capable of practicing some degree of yoga. Participants are required to bring a yoga mat. Yoga is held at the H.P.C.C. Gym and costs $55 for residents, $65 for non-residents.

Evening Aerobics

Registration Form
Improve your cardiac fitness, increase flexibility and tone your whole body at either a high or low impact level. Beginners are welcome! Please bring a mat for floor exercises. Hand weights are optional.

"Not Just Yoga"

Registration Form
This is a program where you will feel good as you get in shape and improve your fitness potential with an innovative approach. You will notice a trimmer abdomen, waist, hips and thighs while improving posture and flexibility. Participants are required to bring a yoga mat.
